INTER SCHOOL RESULTS

•  Vrinda Gulati of class X A and Ankit of class X C bagged first position in Poster Making Competition organised by DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, SECTOR -8 C CHANDIGARH on 5 April 2023 .This competition was a part of VIGYASA –an Inter School SCIENCE Competition held in collaboration with Vijnana Bharti.

• VRINDA GULATI   bagged second position in Painting Competition organised by Shaheed Bhagat Singh Jagriti Manch  on the occasion of  92nd Shaheedi Diwas  on 23 March 2023 . 

• The students bagged Third Position in an Inter School Quiz Competition held at Hansraj Public School on the occasion of Mahatma Hansraj Jayanti . Around 14 teams from different schools of Panchkula participated in this competition and the school team of ISHIT, PARIDHI AND URVI of class IX A won the trophy.

• MANASVI of Class VII A bagged the First Position in Inter School Essay Writing Competition held at Hansraj Public School on the occasion of Mahatma Hansraj Jayanti . 

• TAMANNA KAMMU of class VII C won the first prize in Slogan Writing Competition organised by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organization , Haryana and Chandigarh. 

• DESIGNATHON 2023- a series of Online competitions were conducted online by KB DAV , SECTOR-7 Chandigarh. Our music choir consisting of Madhav ( XI C ) , Samarth ( XI C )  Shrishti ( XII C), Anshu ( XII A ) , Jitmanyu and Yajur ( XI C )participated in one of the competitions named “Faites De La Musique(  *Bring Music To*Life )” Around 70 teams from Tricity, New Delhi and Ludhiana  took part in this event and Our school team won II PRIZE in this competition .The choir  was also  selected  for live performance in Valedictory function on 31 July 2023 at KBDAV SCHOOL .

• DAINIK BHASKAR AWARDS
• 15 STUDENTS from classes 6 to 9 who scored 85% & above were honoured by DAINIK BHASKAR in collaboration with ORNAY GROUP in DAINIK BHASKAR TOPPER'S FELICITATION CEREMONY on 25 May 2023 at Inderdhanush Auditorium Panchkula. 

SPORTS WINNERS

• TANU of Class X C has won the GOLD MEDAL and a cash prize of ₹2100 in 10 metre Air Pistol Shooting in COC 2023 held from 5 May 2023 to 7 May 2023 . There were around 270 participants for the competition from Haryana.
• KARATE COMPETITION
• MAHI of Class 3 & AAIRA SATYARTHI of class 2 achieved a remarkable feat by securing the GOLD & SILVER MEDALS in under 12 & under-7 sub junior category respectively in the Punjab State Karate Competition held at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Jalandhar on June 15 2023.
• Despite tough competition from skilled martial artists across Punjab, Mahi & Aairas’s exceptional skills, determination, and unwavering spirit led to a resounding victory. This achievement is a testament to hard work and commitment of the two budding sport stars to karate at such a young age.
