Ms.Sunidhi- our school librarian has been presenting papers regularly for CHANDIGARH LIBRARY ASSOCIATION at National level every year.Her thought provoking papers have been consecutively winning topmost posisitons.
(a) Ms.Sunidhi-Librarian bags Best Paper Award at CLA National Library Conference 2017. It was indeed a great honour for the teacher as she has been winning the top most position consecutively from the last few years. The paper titled "Role of Social Media in Libraries" was adjudged as the Best Paper out of 140 entries which were received by CLA this year.
(b) On the eve of celebration of NATIONAL LIBRARY DAY, the Chandigarh Library Association organized a one day seminar on the "Relevance of S.R.Ranganathan's Philosphy in the Digital Era".Ms.Sunidhi,Librarian of the School,was honored for presenting a paper on the subject and also a thought provoking presentation wherein insights into the laws of Sh.S.R.Ranganathan were deliberated and the relevance of these laws in today 'Digital Era' was showcased.Her paper was selected as one of the best in the category The seminar was organised at DAV College,Sector 10,Chandiagarh where over more than 100 library professionals from various states participated and preseted their papers.
Mr.Mohammad Ali,Sports Instructor
Mr.Mohd.Ali-the school sports instructor made the school proud when he represented Indian Team which won Bronze medal in 12th West Asia Baseball Cup held at Islamabad,Pakistan.
Also won gold medal in 31st Baseball Senior National Championship held at Cuttuck,Orissa
Mr.Mohammad Ali,the school sports instructor made the school proud when he represented Chandigarh in 29th Baseball Senior National Championship held at Goa from 12th to 16th January 2015.About 26 teams participated in the event where Chandigarh team secured the 3rd position.Mr.Ali has been selected to represent Indian Baseball team which will play a serIes in Pakistan later this year.He will also play in the Baseball Premier League to be held at Hyderabad.

Mr.Sanjay Sharma-has recently added a new dimension to his teaching experience as N.I.S. Trainer for Cricket.He attended a 45 day training programme held at National Sports Institute Patiala.
